摘要: Abstract The effect of the luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonist, [D-Trp6,Pro9-NEth]LHRH (LHRHA), on (LH) bioactivity was assessed with a rat interstitial cell assay in four men during 14-d treatment period. Biologic/immunologic (B/I) ratios were unchanged initially but by day 12 had fallen to levels lower than basal values. Frequent sampling revealed blunted gonadotropin responsiveness LHRHA and absence spontaneous LH pulsations. Despite continued administration LHRHA, human chorionic resulted elevated B/I testosterone levels. Further characterization serum immunoreactive Sephadex chromatography later elution profile LHRHA. Thus, appears act, part, modification man.
