摘要: Abstract The challenges of purification pretreatment process yellow phosphorous off-gas could limit its application as chemical raw material gas to produce high accessional products. A pilot-scale experiment the process, which included two sub-processes caustic washing and catalytic oxidation, phosphorus was studied in this paper. results indicated that HF SO 2 can be removed completely by process. In oxidation purification, reaction temperature oxygen concentration were crucial factors, through impurities selectively oxidized. concentrations PH 3 , H S, CS HF, COS less than 1 mg/m after under below 2%. Sulfur phosphor compounds oxidized S P 4 O 10 respectively, adsorbed on surface catalysts. This purified qualified used feedstock C1 chemistry.
