摘要: Development of obesity is associated with modulation adipose tissue structure, involving adipogenesis, angiogenesis, and extracellular matrix remodeling. These processes require proteolytic activity provided mainly by the fibrinolytic, metalloproteinase, ADAM/ADAMTS systems. Adipogenesis tightly as shown findings that explants trigger blood vessel formation, whereas in turn endothelial cells promote preadipocyte differentiation. Modulation angiogenesis may have potential to impair development.
