摘要: Spectral-kinetic studies have been performed for LiY1−xYbxP4O12 (x = 0; 0.1; 0.9) phosphates at T 8–320 K using synchrotron radiation excitation within the 5–17 eV energy range. Mechanisms of Yb3+ charge transfer and f–f luminescence are discussed. The quasimolecular character (CTL) is pointed out. central Yb2+ ion hole delocalized over surrounding ligands proposed consideration as a 'charge cluster' (Yb2+ CT cluster). Possible mechanisms CTL quenching presumed.
