摘要: This invention discloses cryo-heating devices and methods for cooling heating objects in a very rapid timescale, from femtosecond to subsecond. The device comprising of an up-converting electromagnetic energy medium source that is further supported by another radiation selected the group sonic, magnetic, electric, electroluminescent, up-converted luminescence, pressure thermal. phototreatment or up-conversion conversion energy, respectively. Both, are achieved at different wavelengths, same wavelength when also absorbing radiation. proposes enhancement use surface plasmon resonance conducting nanostructures embedded into medium. proposed can be applied biomedical technologies health care. includes applications disclosed herein method electronic components photon detector devices.
