摘要: Abstract Two novel Cu(II)–dipeptide complexes containing l -histidyl– -glycine and -alanine as ligands were prepared characterised by infrared electronic spectroscopies. EPR measurements also made in solution the solid state. Cyclic voltammetric studies carried out on aqueous solution. The crystalline structure of [Cu( -glycine)2(H2O)2]·6H2O was determined X-ray diffractometry. It crystallises space group C2. Cu(II) is a tetragonally distorted octahedral coordination, where basal plane occupied N-atoms belonging to histidine portion. apical positions are two molecules water.
