摘要: Fungal infections are a major cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with hematological malignancies. Candida Aspergillus species the most important opportunistic fungal pathogens this patient population. Amphotericin B is treatment choice, but its administration often hampered by severe side-effects, which may be reduced continuous infusion drug. We describe 17 consecutive malignancies, suffering from fever unknown origin possible infections, treated amphotericin as compared control group 10 conventional rapid over 2 - 6 h. No acute side-effects or nephrotoxicity were observed during B. Target doses reached faster than infusion. conclude that safe neutropenic
