摘要: Abstract Cancer is one of the most serious diseases that threaten human being today. To some degree, it a genetic disease but environmental and other nongenetic factors clearly play role in many stages neoplastic process. Genetic by themselves are thought to explain only about 5 % all cancer. The remainder can be attributed external, ‘environment’ act conjunction with both acquired susceptibility. Of note, part susceptibility owing variety genome. So, environment, genome cancer have much do each other. Combining information from epidemiology research works laboratory policy-making clinical works, purifying giving special protection high risk population, mortality may decrease gradually future.
