Infections néonatales tardives à entérobactéries multirésistantes

摘要: Resume Objectif: Determiner l’incidence des infections ou colonisations secondaires a enterobacteries multiresistantes chez les nouveau-nes hospitalises dans un service de reanimation et pediatrie neonatales. Methodes: Etude prospective entre le 1 er Janvier 2000 31 decembre 2009 Reanimation Pediatrie Neonatales l’Hopital Robert Debre avec recherche beta-lactamase spectre etendu (BLSE) l’ecouvillonnage rectal l’admission puis tous 10 jours releve prospectif informatise toutes systemiques en collaboration Microbiologie. Resultats discussion: Entre 2009, 46 ont ete colonises Enterobacteries BLSE (EBLSE) (58,7 % E coli , 10,8 Enterobacter cloacae 19,5 Klebsiella pneumoniae 6,5 K. oxytoca 4,5 Citrobacter ), soit une incidence 5,11 cas/ 1000 admissions. Trois developpe infection E.coli (sepsis, pneumopathie) E.cloacae (omphalite). Les (EBMR) sont representees principalement par Escherichia spp. Elles responsabilite croissante nosocomiales periode neonatale. La presence cas epidemiques d’infections EBMR represente indicateurs plus sensibles du controle mesures prevention contre neonatologie. En dues ces germes, leur profil resistance aux cephalosporines 3 e generation impose l’utilisation d’antibiotiques specifiques, carbapenemes dont l’experience nouveau-ne est encore limitee mais qui semblent bien tolerees.
