摘要: The aims of this study were to examine the plasma concentrations inflammatory mediators including cytokines induced by a single bout eccentric exercise and again 4 weeks later second same muscle group. Ten untrained male subjects performed two bouts involving elbow flexors (6 sets 5 repetitions) separated four weeks. Changes in soreness, swelling, function following compared between bouts. Blood was sampled before, immediately after, 1 h, 3 6 24 h (1 d), 48 (2 72 (3 96 (4 d) measure creatine kinase (CK) activity, myoglobin (Mb), interleukin (IL)-1beta, IL-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra), IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12p40, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha, granulocyte colony-stimulating (G-CSF), myeloperoxidase (MPO), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), heat shock protein (HSP) 60 70. After first bout, soreness increased significantly, there also significant increase upper arm circumference; decreased CK activity Mb concentration significantly. These changes significantly smaller after indicating adaptation repeated exercise. Despite evidence greater damage other quite minor, considerably than that endurance results suggest exercise-induced is not associated with release into systemic circulation. G-CSF showed small but increase, whereas TNF-alpha IL-8 decreases pre-exercise values. decrease IL-8. In conclusion, although severe exercise, accompanied any large cytokine concentrations. minor found might reflect more rapid clearance from circulation, or lack metabolic oxidative demands during particular mode relation damage, anti-inflammatory IL-10 work as one underlying mechanisms action.
