摘要: Non-invasive techniques are widely applied in process plants compared to other sensing techniques. Due advantages such as preventing corrosion the sensor and lengthening lifespan, this technique is also tomography non-invasive ERT system. The purpose of paper investigate compatibility utilizing frequency for systems. Based on quasi-static electric fields, one pair electrodes used simulate optimum It was firstly derived using a mathematical equation followed by simulation finite element model software (COMSOL Multiphysics). Results showed that simulating several frequencies system, minimum should be 2 MHz ensure real part total impedance dominant neglect reactance Thus, system an alternative way industry monitoring performance plant.
