Multi-grid solution of three-dimensional problems with discontinuous coefficients

摘要: A three-dimensional multi-grid algorithm is developed and compared to an efficient Incomplete Cholesky Conjugate Gradient (ICCG) on a suite of test problems with discontinouous and/or anisotropic coefficients. The used plane relaxation definition coarse grid operators which extension that for two-dimensional discontinuous Numerical results show the three dimensional are not nearly as good two similar problems.
