摘要: Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) has been suggested to play a regulatory role in immune cell development; however, studies regarding the of TLR4 development chick thymus are scarce. In this study, we investigated distribution and expression pattern normal thymi at different stages development, order better understand development. We studied from 15 chicks, collected days 7, 21 35 age. The relative change mRNA ages was determined by quantitative real-time PCR, changes protein were analyzed immunohistochemistry Western blotting. Furthermore, immunohistochemistry, compared with juvenile female pigs (gilts). Our results indicated that constitutively expressed thymus. primarily thymic cortico-medullary junction medulla, particularly epithelial cells Hassall's corpuscles. level increased increasing age (p<0.05). Taken together, these indicate is thymus, suggesting it may participate inducing factors affecting its
