摘要: Oxidative stress and cardiovascular disease are risk factor of patients with chronic kidney (CKD) on maintenance hemodialysis. We used the fluorescence low-density lipoprotein as an index its proinflammatory potential to examine any role that high-density (HDL) might have in promoting this effect. The total body fat was measured by means near-infrared interactance their quality life SF36 questionnaires. In 189 randomly selected patients, followed for 30 months, HDL found be significantly anti-inflammatory but a large standard deviation. Fully 17% had decidedly along inferior scores. were divided into 10% increments percentages up 40%. progressively higher content. Patients 30-month adjusted hazard ratio death than those whose seen anti-inflammatory. Our findings suggest important inflammatory CKD leading poor outcome.
