摘要: Background and Objectives: Following the initial management, some patients with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) develop a state of high thyroglobulin (Tg) Negative Iodine Scintigraphy. The predisposing factors outcome this condition are unclear. In this study, our objectives were to analyze the characteristics Tg level negative Iodine scintigraphy determine predictive for development of high negative scintigraphy. Patients Methods: Retrospective study of 34 undergoing treatment DTC, followed in Nuclear Medicine department University Hospital—Sahloul Sousse between 1990 2006 having Fourteen had between 2 10 ng/ml, 16 had 11 100 ng/ml 4 more than ng/ml. Results: There were 25 women 9 men. mean age was 51.65 years. 94.1% cases, tumor was papillary carcinoma. Follicular tumors accounted only 5.9%. mean nodule size was3.26 cm. Capsular invasion seen 47.1% cases. locoregional found in 35.3%. lymph node extension found 84.8% lymph node surgery. Lymph involvement observed 92.8% with papillary cancer but it 7.2% follicular cancers. Lymph unilateral 28.6% (N1a) bilateral, contralateral or mediastinal 71.4% (N1b). Initial as follows: 7 patients had 14 12 ng/ml. The number radioactive Iodine cure 11.08 more than significant difference (P = 0.001). Conclusion: Among epidemiological, pathological clinical characteristics, is most frequent parameter found DTC
