摘要: Background: The promotion of health literacy is seen as an urgent goal in public and education and, hence, should be integrated the school context a component holistic promoting (HPS) approach. However, only limited empirical studies have addressed staff so far. Hence, this study aimed to examine level among leaders its association with extent HPS implementation. Methods: A cross-sectional n = 680 principals members management board from Germany was carried out at end 2018. Individual literacy, attitudes, competencies towards occupational self-efficacy served independent variables implementation dependent variable.
