摘要: Investigation of microbial communities Antarctica soils is a very important field research that expands our knowledge participation in primary soil formation and specific features their extreme habitats, it considerable interest directed search for microorganisms as potential biotechnological objects. The results long-term (2012–2017) complex studies on the Russian East polar stations at Shirmakher oasis (Novolazarevskaya station), Larsemann Hills (Progress Tala (Molodezhnaya station) are presented this review. assessment biomass by methods direct microscopy has been carried out first time region. general amount small; fungi dominate (77–99%). unique Antarctic high content morphological diversity small forms microorganisms: mainly single-celled structures (small spores yeasts), while bacteria ultrafine (filtering) forms. At same time, can significantly contribute to such ecological functions emission greenhouse gases, especially during warm season with stable positive temperatures soil. This should be considered creation models forecasts global warming. use various isolation techniques analysis population, together succession approach, expand information about taxonomic cultivated soils.
