摘要: Tight regulation of the Src tyrosine kinase activity is essential for a variety cellular processes, namely transitions cell cycle. The peaks are dependent on its posttranslational modifications as well gene expression. 3'UTRs mRNAs often crucial rapid changes protein level. chicken c-src 3'UTR effects expression have been explored. decreased in vivo tumorigenic potential src-activated mutants chickens. This corresponds with finding that reduced and src mRNA levels luciferase vitro. Our results suggest plays role negative control expression, either transcriptionally or posttranscriptionally.
