摘要: Luminescent sensors incorporating two luminophores, an indicator and a reference, offer many advantages over intensity measurements from made with one dye. Quantum dots have yet to be widely employed as insensitive reference luminophores in such systems. This work describes the use of near-infrared emitting quantum conjunction long-lifetime platinum(II) porphyrin phosphor microsphere-based, ratiometric oxygen sensor. The process for self-assembly nanocomposite system was developed, response photostability prototypes were investigated. Results indicate possess excellent sensitivity (KSV = 0.00826 µM−1) at concentrations below 300 µM resistant photobleaching. sensor displayed minimal spectral overlap little interference excitation light, preventing need optical filters. A reversible photoenhancement dot signal also observed when exposed extended periods time. demonstrates long-wavelength into sensing schemes highlights some key limitations that must considered their use.
