摘要: We investigated the preventive effects of Rg1 on a model mouse post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) induced by electric shock combined with situation reminder and explored underlying mechanism. In experiment, before PTSD animal was developed, (10, 5, 2.5mg/kg) orally administered for one week. After established, PTSD-like behavior observed using elevated plus maze, black light box, open field tests. One hour after test, all mice were sacrificed, then serum corticosterone (CORT) hypothalamus corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH) assays performed. Results showed that (5mg/kg) treatments relieved altering CRH levels. By contrast, fluoxetine (3mg/kg) treatment reversed changes had no effect increased CORT These findings confirmed in model. Decreasing levels may be mechanisms.
