摘要: More people have mobile phones in Africa than at any point history. Mobile health (m-health), the use of to support delivery services, has expanded recent years. Several models been proposed for conceptualizing m-health fields maternal-child and chronic diseases. We conducted a literature review interventions HIV prevention care African countries present findings context simplified framework.; Our identified applications categorized by following three themes: patient-care focused applications, such as behavior change, system-focused reporting data collection, population health-focused including awareness testing campaigns.; The potential is numerous should not be limited only direct applications. Although smart phone technology on rise Africa, text messaging remains primary mode delivering interventions. rate which technologies are being adopted may outpace evaluation. Other methods evaluation considered beyond randomized-controlled trials.
