摘要: Abstract In an earlier paper [35] , we examined the mutual interaction between actin cytoskeleton and cell membrane explored role this plays during freeze/thaw. follow-up paper, investigate physical chemical stresses induced by freeze/thaw explore different mechanisms of damage caused these stresses. Our results showed that changes in volume unfrozen water content solution alter stiffness, available material. Combined with unfavorable ice–membrane interactions increasing increased de-structuring (such as bleb microvilli formation) synergistically act on membrane–cytoskeleton system generating irreversible damage.
