摘要: Transparent hydroxyapatite (HA), 99.6% relative density, was prepared by hot isostatic pressing. Optical transmittance of 1 mm thick HA greater than 60% at 700 nm. Twenty transparent plates (10×7×1 mm) were implanted into the medullary cavities two dogs' femora. At and 2 weeks after implantation bone marrow derived cells that adhered to surfaces histochemically examined light microscopy scanning electron microscopy. Four types enzymatic reactions employed identify cell types. Alkaline phosphatase used as a marker for osteoblasts, acid tartrate-resistant osteoclasts non-specific esterase macrophages. Cells mixed population By weeks, number osteoblasts increased formed bone-like matrix. A small resorption lacunae on weeks. utilizing transparency HA, whole-view matrix formation simultaneous observed simply dynamically
