摘要: Abstract The antirheumatic potency of thirty-two analogues hydrocortisone and cortisone was determined in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Chemical modifications included: fluorination at C-9 C-6; dehydrogenation C-1–C-2 C-6–C-7; methylation C-6, C-16 C-21; hydroxylation C-16; desoxygenation C-21. Most the compounds studied contained two or more these various combinations. An effort made to correlate chemical structure strength per milligram. In addition, data relating potencies six different esters prednisolone are presented.
