摘要: The aim of this study was to monitor aliphatic and aromatic low-molecular-mass aldehydes (LMMAs) in human urine obtain a potential way assess exposure. Aliquots 12.5 mL samples, diluted 1:1 with 4 mol L−1 hydrochloric acid, were aspirated into Telos™ ENV μ-SPE column impregnated 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine for the cleanup, derivatization pre-concentration aldehydes. Determination achieved by LC MS detector operating SIM mode. method provided low LODs (90–300 ng L−1) good precision (the intra- inter-assay precision, expressed as RSD, ranged from 6.1 8.8 % 7.1 9.1 %, respectively). Average recoveries which spiked target analytes at levels 2.5 10 μg L−1, 95 99 %. Only LMMAs found samples exposed researchers taken after handling these compounds. From excretion kinetics (half-life times between 0.9 1.4 h), it that dosage absorbed eliminated within ~6 h
