摘要: Nuclear retinoic acid receptor β (RAR-β) expression decreases in human premalignant oral lesions (POLs). RAR-β suppression could result from a decrease the cellular level of retinoids because RAR -β gene transcription is enhanced by retinoids. To explore this hypothesis, we compared binding monoclonal antibody (mAb) against all- trans -retinoic (RA; anti-RA mAbs) to normal tissue and POLs. All 7 specimens stained positive with only 20 43 POLs; similarly, contained mRNA 14 Twenty-four were available before after 3-month treatment 13- cis -RA vivo . Anti-RA mAb these increased 10 24 22 treatment, 21 respectively. There was strong agreement between mAbs RAR-β. Thus, propose that reflects tissues related strongly expression.
