摘要: This study aimed to use isobaric tags (IBTs) investigate the immune response of hepatopancreas Marsupenaeus japonicas infected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus or white spot syndrome virus (WSSV). Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and protein sequencing identified 1005 proteins. Among them, 109 proteins were upregulated 94 downregulated after V. infection. After WSSV infection, 130 as differentially abundant, including 88 that 42 downregulated. Fifty-four abundant both A number related cytoskeletal processes, actin myosin, apoptosis-related in shrimp indicating phagocytosis apoptosis may be involved Quantitative real-time PCR was carried out verify reliability proteomic data. These data provide a basis characterize immunity-related processes infection parahaemolyticus.
