摘要: Omental fat cells were 30% smaller than those in subcutaneous regions. In omental with a mean diameter of 95 mu, the basal cAMP concentration was 50% lower, but rate glycerol release three times as rapid (epigastric) identical size. Added at maximal effective concentration, noradrenaline increased level and more markedly adipocytes, whereas response to isopropyl similar. Before starvation lipolytic effects noradrenaline, respectively, two regions adipose tissue investigated (femoral hypogastric). The findings well related levels induced by agents. During lipolysis obtained from hypogastric region, decreased these parameters femoral adipocytes. Starvation associated prominent inhibitory effect phenylephrine on isopropyl-noradrenaline-induced tissue. conclusion, differences exist between different their responsiveness which seems balance alpha- beta-adrenergic receptor response.
