摘要: In this work, we report the synthesis of a family donor-acceptor (D-A) π-conjugated aggregation-induced red emission materials (TPABT, DTPABT, TPEBT and DTPEBT) with same core 2,2-(2,2-diphenylethene-1,1-diyl)dithiophene (DPDT) different amounts strengths electron-donating terminal moieties. Interestingly, TPABT TPEBT, which have asymmetric structures, give obviously higher solid fluorescence quantum efficiencies in comparison those corresponding symmetric DTPABT DTPEBT, respectively. particular, thin film exhibited highest efficiency ca. 38% αAIE. Moreover, DTPEBT TPE groups showed two-photon absorption cross-sections (δ) 1.75 × 103 GM 1.94 at 780 nm, respectively, are than other two fluorescent triphenylamine groups. Then, one-photon imaging MCF-7 breast cancer cells Hela cells, cytotoxicity experiments, were carried out these materials. Intense intracellular was observed for all molecules using excitation cell cytoplasm. Finally, is biocompatible functions well mouse brain blood vascular visualization. It indicated that can be used as specific stain probe live imaging.
