摘要: Background and aims: BUBR1 is a key component of the mitotic spindle checkpoint, its roles in human cancers are controversial unclear. The aim this study was to investigate clinicopathological significance expression hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: protein mRNA levels were measured 58 HCCs, nine high-grade dysplastic nodules their paired non-tumorous liver tissues by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) western blot, respectively. In addition, immunochemical analysis performed 458 HCCs 46 nodules, evaluated. Results: at both elevated two 37 (64%) HCCs. overexpressed 207 (45%) immunohistochemistry. Intriguingly, high correlated with larger tumour size, higher histological grade, advanced pathological stage, poor overall recurrence-free survival. There frequency overexpression cases positive serum HBsAg than those negative HBsAg. Moreover, associated P53 staining Ki67 labelling indices HCC tissues. Conclusions: about 45% may be relative lately event progression. Overexpression worse prognosis potential prognostic factor for patients HCC.
