摘要: To develop a qualitative model for the fluidization characteristics of cohesive iron particles, systematic investigation was performed focusing attention on mechanism defluidization and particle-to-particle neck growth. The growth rate determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM) agreed fairly well with prediction surface diffusion model. Below 1200 K, cohesion force successfully explained mechanism. tensile strength measured diametral compression test 20 MPa. This value one obtained from bed breaking velocity measurement. Defluidization criterion discussed based balance between bubble buoyancy force. validated experimentally.
