摘要: Abstract: Fluidization is an engineering principle in which particulate matter a solid-like condition brought into fluid-like condition. It has been applied for variety of purposes over the decades. In this overview, interesting and important aspects fluidization are first introduced conceptually, then defined mathematically. The different modes fluidization, regime transition, fluid-mechanical simulation historical developments both industry science discussed. Stress placed on combustion gasification issues. By introducing three-stage law progress other philosophical views Japanese physicist Mitsuo Taketani, 60 years revisited to assess future. There also discussion importance good industry–academia collaboration promote innovations.
