摘要: The virulence of 4 low passage strains Mycoplasma gallisepticum obtained from different sources within Australia was studied by experimental infection chickens. Strain Ap3AS, originally isolated the air sac a broiler chicken, produced severe lesions following injection into abdominal sacs 2-week or 3-week-old chickens, and adult hens. 80083 which clinically normal breeder hen also capable producing gross intra-abdominal (IA) injection, although it did so less consistently than strain Ap3AS. 82078 layer QXO turkey were moderately pathogenic in terms incidence severity elicited IA injection. Strains Ap3AS both caused substantial loss egg production over 5 week period after 27-week-old Neither nor when administered alone upper respiratory tract.
