摘要: This study applies Ultrafast module-GC (UFM-GC) with direct resistively heated columns to routine analysis of a group essential oils differing complexities (chamomile, peppermint, rosemary and sage). Essential were analysed by conventional GC inner diameter (i.d.) (0.25 mm) different lengths (5 25 m long) Fast narrow bore (0.1 mm i.d., 5 long). Column performance evaluated compared through their Grob test, separation number peak capacity. was successful in the qualitative quantitative compositions times between 40 s 2 min versus 20-60 required GC. Critical pairs or groups components separated carefully tuning selectivity stationary phase compensate for loss efficiency due use short high temperature rates. The results peppermint e.o. analyses also validated those obtained GC; measuring precision over time (i.e. repeatability intermediate precision) accuracy. showed good reproducibility affording reliable component identification relative retention determination normalised areas. Accuracy data that areas percentage perfectly comparable.
