摘要: We previously reported a chitin nanofiber hydrogel from squid pen β-chitin by simple NaOH treatment. In the present study, calcium phosphate/chitin was prepared for bone tissue engineering. Calcium phosphate mineralized on incubation in solution of diammonium hydrogen followed nitrate tetrahydrate. X-ray diffractometry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy showed formation crystals. The morphology crystals changed depending calcification time. After mineralization, mechanical properties improved due to reinforcement effect crystal. an animal experiment, accelerated mineralization subcutaneous tissues. Morphological osteoblasts were observed.
