Effect of the oxygen deficiencies creation on the suppression of the diamagnetic behavior of SrTiO3 compound

摘要: Abstract The appearance of ferromagnetic order in the presence oxygen vacancies has been investigated SrTiO 3 compound, which is paraelectric and paramagnetic down to low temperature. However, incorporation vacancy makes system metallic clear hysteresis loop observed at X-Ray diffraction revealed that samples crystallize cubic structure with Pm m space group. From magnetization measurements versus temperature under field-cooled (FC) zero-field-cooled (ZFC) modes, we deduced a spin-glass behavior characterized by distinctive separation FC ZFC curves. This was found become more important, as increasing oxygen-deficiency ( δ ).
