摘要: The impact of epigenetics in the field radiation oncology and DNA damage response is an emerging area research. Epigenetic mechanisms may potentially play a role inherent or acquired radioresistance tumors. In this section, we will discuss what known about epigenetics, specifically methylation miRNAs, with regards to exploitation therapeutically. Very little histone modifications response. Current research now at level basic science, but beginning move pre-clinical translational speed accelerating since there are currently epigenetic therapies approved for treatment certain cancers outside clinic.
