摘要: Non-embryogenic protoplasts of Medicago rugosa and M. scutellata were electro-fused with iodoacetic acid-treated sativa (alfalfa). Putative somatic hybrid callus obtained some plants regenerated from both combinations. Hybridity regenerants was confirmed by morphology, molecular means cytological observations. Parental specific bands recognized in hybrids Southern analysis. The perennial their morphology similar to sativa. Cytological observations carried out on the hybrids, vegetative clones self-pollinated offspring. Original aneuploids (2n=31–59), but during proliferation, chromosome numbers reduced 32. Those formed seeds (+) self-crossing. Chromosomal rearrangements within parental genomes observed S1 offspring Genomic situ Hybridization (GISH). Some showed better spring growth than tend be tolerant Alfalfa weevil. It considered that these traits introduced genome transferring M.␣rugosa cell fusion may still have a potential alien chromosomes order increase genetic variation for crop breeding.
