摘要: Dipalmitoylphosphatic acid was chosen as a model to interpret how molecules physically adsorbed upon glass responded an infinitesimal oscillation force at the surface contact level. Oscillation of nano-indentation tip toward phospholipid layers driven by dynamic module constant harmonic frequency; phase angle frequency exponentially relaxed along nano-scale displacement. The tip-on-molecule thereafter identified and influenced characteristic phospholipids. By applying displacement making distinction between full displacements, thickness estimated. Moreover, additional required penetrate through minor compared analogous process for chemically ones. importance recognizing is relevant applications mechanics various Furthermore it very promising mechanism which cells convert mechanical stimuli into biochemical responses on channels
