摘要: Abstract Well-ordered nano-mechanically made Au-cavities array ( n Au) is tailored as a functional surface with high density tip-to-tip cavities, adjustable indentation depths, and number of edges within the nanostructures. In this study, Au was fabricated by physical way utilized characterization tool advantage preventing samples from chemical or residual contaminations. Two types molecular probe solutions: 5,5′-dithio-bis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid) (DTNB) Rhodamine 6G (R6G) were evaluated. For DTNB solution, chemically adsorbed monolayer formed upon Au, which resulted in effect enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), mainly induced combined electromagnetic effects. Within range 1 × 10 −23 to 3.2 × 10 −22  mole, intensity quantity molecules exhibited sharp exponential relationship. R6G solution equivalent identical range, relationship nearly linear; however, an extended −21 moderate obtained. The enhancement factors for detecting solutions using could be optimized 1.62 × 10 8 4.60 × 10 7 , respectively.
