摘要: A simple and ultrasensitive electrochemical biosensor employing a morpholino oligomer as capture probe cationic redox polymer signal generator for direct detection of DNA is presented in this report. It based on the immobilization an indium-tin oxide (ITO) electrode amperometric target by forming DNA/cationic bilayer ITO electrode. After hybridizing (MCP) to DNA, was introduced electrodevia electrostatic interaction with hybridized DNA. The deposited exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation ascorbic acid (AA), allowing voltammetric Under optimized experimental conditions, limit 1.0 pM linear current–concentration relationship up 500 were obtained amperometry. resulting biosensors offered much better mismatch discrimination against sequences than their counterparts.
