摘要: Abstract UVC irradiation of mammalian cells induces DNA lesions, which can give rise to transient breaks at subsequent incubation the cells. The yield these depends on incision rate as well polymerase and ligation rates. It has previously been shown that is drastically lowered in human lymphocytes if 4 deoxynucleosides are added culture medium during repair period after irradiation. present results show addition combination dAdo dGuo dThd or also efficiently reduces a peroid 3 h Other combinations less efficient not all. This indicates pool sizes dATP dTTP affect lymphocytes. However, data indicate number processed sites does increase irradiation, period. Therefore, it proposed presence affects insertion patches but total amount synthesized inserted patches.
