摘要: Staphylococcus aureus by producing biofilm and facilitating chronic infection is a common cause of mastitis in cows thereby can food poisoning production enterotoxins milk. The agr typing method an important tool for epidemiological investigation about S. aureus. aims the present study were to detect related genes, 5 classical enterotoxin genes types among S. aureus isolates. ability isolates produce was evaluated modified CRA plate. Six adhesion (icaD, icaA, fnbA, bap, clfA cna), five (sea, seb, sec, sed see) tst-1 gene detected PCR methods. Multiplex-PCR used determination groups. 55 out 80(68.8%) producer. icaD 70 (87.5%) prevalence rates clfA, cna bap 72.5, 56.25, 50, 22.5, 5% respectively. group I III 57.5% 25% studied sea, found 10%, 7.5% 1.25% majority able biofilm. Significant associations observed between presence icaD, as well formation. revealed that with type are more potent production. Our data supported possible link certain SE genes.
