摘要: Abstract:  The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence enterotoxigenic Staphylococcus aureus in 122 samples, including 60 raw milk, 32 white cheese, 10 kashar butter, and ice cream samples obtained from Samsun province, Turkey. In study, S. detected 64 milk (45/60; 75%), cheese (12/32; 37.5%), (3/10; 30%), butter (1/10; 10%) samples. A total 81 isolates were identified as by PCR with presence 16S rRNA nuc genes. genes encoding staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs) SEA, SEB, SEC, SED multiplex PCR. According analysis, seven (7/51; 13.7%) enterotoxigenic; five them produced SEA (5/7; 71.4%), one SEB (1/7; 14.2%), SEA+SEB 14.2%). Four (4/21; 19%) (1/4; 25%), SEC SEA+SED 25%) toxins. Two (2/4; 50%) found be (1/2; other 50%). One isolate showed character (SEB, 1/1; 100%). products potentially hazardous public health because fact that levels contamination higher than 105–106 cfu/g ml 39% (25/64, 17 7 1 butter) analyzed
