摘要: Our approach to the problem of ankle sprains and instability is reviewed. After diagnostic evaluation (including stress roentgenography, arthrography, or tenography if necessary), most our patients are treated either by taping they have a grade 1 2 sprain casting 3 disruption. If injury should progress chronic despite this treatment regimen, which an unusual occurrence, satisfactory reconstructive procedures available. Indications for acute primary repair limited.
