摘要: In a prospective study, the diagnostic accuracy of three- dimensional magnetic resonance imaging in evalu ation ruptures lateral ligaments ankle was determined by comparing three-dimensional mag netic findings with operative findings. series 18 consecutive cases acute significant inversion trauma to ankle, fast steady-state precession pulse sequence (3D FISP) performed. The study included only those which views showed difference talar tilt 15° or more, and anteroposterior drawer 10 mm more between imaged normal ankle. All ankles were scheduled for surgical exploration.
