摘要: The solid dispersion is one of the most important and desirable technique solubility enhancement, use natural carrier in gives prominent ecofriendly results. Many carriers have limitations enhancing poorly water soluble drugs due to their high viscosity hygroscopic nature, modifying gum at different temperature provides which low swelling capacity offers better alternative for carriers. Modification gums also changes physical characteristics like index, viscosity, retention crystalline nature powder into amorphous. It concludes that modified form always shows desire properties solubility. KEYWORDS: Solid dispersion, Modified gums, Carriers, Solubility.
