摘要: Summary An adult female with mixed connective tissue disease is described who had non-scarring alopecia, telangiectases, Raynaud's phenomenon and swollen hands. No clinical signs of SLE only modest myositis were present. High levels RNP antibodies detected in serum direct immunofluorescence showed IgG staining epidermal nuclei a speckled pattern. Elution techniques performed on circulating lymphoid cells features both LE scleroderma, namely to basal zone, endothelial mid-dermis.
