摘要: By means of acid elution two antibodies could be removed successfully from the circulating lymphocytes 11 patients with certain varieties scleroderma. One was specifically directed against nuclear antigen(s) endothelial cells (NEC) dermal blood vessels, and another epidermal basal (NBC) involved uninvolved skin patients. In cases acroscleroderma, eluates failed to react either or skin. none 20 healthy controls in this study an antibody eluted lymphocytes. The aforementioned do not bind complement vitro occur serum four Circulating antinuclear (speckled type) detectable ( Arch Dermatol 115:709-712, 1979)
