摘要: Abstract Progressive systemic sclerosis (PSS, scleroderma) is a generalized connective tissue disorder in which the involved tissues exhibit an array of fibrotic and degenerative changes including abundant accumulation collagen. Activated normal human lymphocytes produce factors are capable stimulating fibroblast proliferation collagen accumulation. In this study we investigate effects similar obtained from scleroderma patients as well those individuals on protein synthesis. Lymphocytes when compared with donors were found to soluble induced enhanced synthesis protein, particularly collagen, without inducing increased proliferation. Our findings suggest altered immunoregulation metabolism scleroderma.
